Senior Principal IT Solution Architect - Global Contract Lifecycle & Performance Management (CLM)
Medtronic is seeking a Senior Principal IT Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of Global Contract Lifecycle and Performance Management (CLM) solutions within its Pricing & Contracting ecosystem. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's global commercial objectives by ensuring seamless end-to-end integration, automation, and compliance in the CLM landscape. The position is based in Fridley, Minnesota, with a hybrid work model requiring four days onsite per week.
The primary responsibilities include architecting and implementing CLM solutions across pricing and contracting systems to ensure cohesive system integration. The role acts as a bridge between Pricing & Contracting and IT, translating business needs into solution architecture plans and leading discovery sessions to gather requirements and ensure thorough documentation. Additionally, the position ensures all solutions comply with regulatory and data privacy standards and provides guidance on pricing-related solutions and best practices.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8 years with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of system design and development lifecycles, experience implementing technologies spanning automation, pricing, quoting, and contracting, and a background in Quote-To-Cash business analysis. Proficiency in agile methodologies, process improvement, and the ability to translate complex technical topics to business management are also desirable.
Medtronic offers a competitive salary ranging from $152,800 to $229,200 annually, along with a flexible benefits package.
