Mission

We are strengthening our experimentation capabilities to scale rigorous, high-impact product experimentation across the organization.

As a Senior Product Analyst – Experimentation, you will bring deep hands-on expertise in experimentation (statistical, technical, and operational) and help structure how experimentation is run across product teams.

You will:

- Help raise & enforce experimentation standards

- Support Product Managers in becoming autonomous within a clear framework

- Contribute to building and maintaining scalable workflows and governance

- Ensure statistical and methodological rigor

You will report to the Customer Experience Analytics Lead and collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to support and execute the experimentation vision.

Responsibilities

Elevate Experimentation Standards

- Provide frameworks for proper test design (power, segmentation, guardrails, validity)

- Help validate experiment setup before launch, without being a bottleneck

- Review results to ensure sound statistical interpretation and learning

- Promote best practices (AA tests, bias detection, metric consistency) to empower teams to run experiments confidently on their own
