Senior Product Builder
EarnIn, a pioneer in earned wage access, is seeking a Senior Product Builder to join their team in Mountain View, California. This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into product development, aiming to provide real-time financial flexibility to individuals living paycheck to paycheck. As a Senior Product Builder, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of EarnIn's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the community.
In this position, you will define technical product strategies, collaborating closely with engineers to determine architecture and AI-enabled features. You will also lead efforts to streamline the product development lifecycle by automating processes such as evaluation pipelines and deployment gating. Additionally, you will establish quality benchmarks for AI-powered products, ensuring they meet performance standards before deployment. Your role will also involve scaling successful engineering experiments into production-ready solutions and leading new product initiatives from conception to launch.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in product management or engineering, with a strong foundation in AI-native product development lifecycles. A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency across the technology stack and strong analytical skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess deep empathy for user needs, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a culture of rapid experimentation.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $229,661 to $280,697, complemented by equity and benefits. This is a hybrid position based in Mountain View, requiring in-office presence two days a week.
