Senior Product designer

Appier is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for its next-generation Agentic products. This role involves translating complex user challenges into intuitive and scalable design solutions, rapidly prototyping ideas using tools like vibe coding, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities include owning the entire product design lifecycle from problem identification to delivery, transforming user pain points into design requirements, flows, and user interfaces, and designing AI-driven experiences such as human–AI interactions and automation workflows. The role also involves creating rapid prototypes to validate ideas, conducting design validation through testing and iteration, performing competitor research to inform product direction, and maintaining well-organized Figma files and design systems.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in product design, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments. They should possess a strong ability to convert user insights into structured design solutions, experience with AI or agentic products, and proficiency in rapid prototyping using AI tools or code-based methods. Strong skills in design validation and iteration, excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, high proficiency in Figma, and fluency in English are also required. An open-minded, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven approach is essential.
