Senior Product Designer, Consumer
is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance its core consumer experiences, including mobile apps, web applications, marketing website, and Blockchain Explorer. This role involves designing critical user journeys end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences. The position is based in London, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end design for key product areas, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production. The designer will deliver high-quality, detail-oriented designs across mobile and web platforms, partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship impactful features, and simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Additionally, the role involves improving onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX, designing for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions, and continuously raising the bar for UX, visual design, and interaction quality.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design for consumer products, a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products, and a strong appetite for aesthetics. Direct crypto experience is required, including familiarity with wallets, exchanges, DeFi, explorers, or on-chain products. Strong proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns are essential. Experience designing for crypto-specific challenges such as self-custody, transactions and signing flows, trading UX, blockchain data representation, and trust and security design is also required.
