As a Senior Product Designer at Monks, you will lead the end-to-end design process for enterprise-scale, customer-facing digital products. Collaborating closely with client stakeholders and internal teams, you will define, discover, and design solutions that balance business goals, user needs, and scalable design systems. This role offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex problem spaces and deliver consistent, user-centered experiences across applications and platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include owning the product design for customer-oriented applications and platforms, facilitating strategic sessions and workshops with stakeholders to align on goals and direction, and designing intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in best practices and user insights. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistency and preserve design intent through delivery, while making confident, strategic design decisions and clearly communicating rationale and recommendations across teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant work experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-oriented product and app design. Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma, and strong UI and UX skills are essential. Experience operating independently with minimal oversight, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity are also required. Experience working in high-tech environments and within the complexities of large organizations is preferred, and familiarity with agile product teams is a plus.

Monks offers a competitive salary range of $95,200 to $107,800 USD, depending on location and years of experience.
