Senior Product Designer
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our foundational Product Design team in San Francisco, California. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of public safety by transforming complex, data-dense workflows into intuitive and user-friendly solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with designers and engineers to redefine public safety software and deliver exceptional user experiences.
In this role, you will own broadly defined, high-impact design initiatives, leading the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to execution and refinement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, participating in design critiques, and contributing to the development of our design systems and asset library. Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage directly with users in the field to gain insights and ensure our products meet their needs effectively.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in designing software products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design skills. You should possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities, a passion for simplifying complex problems into intuitive workflows, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Origami. A curiosity and willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team are essential. Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $176,000 to $240,000 annually, along with benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses.
