Senior Product Designer
Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the user experience (UX) design for MyPattern, an AI-powered women's health intelligence platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that empower women to take control of their health.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will define and drive the UX vision, develop user experiences and interaction designs, create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, and conduct user research to inform design decisions. You will work closely with product management, machine learning, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into customer-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or information architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving across platforms. Proficiency in interaction design best practices, user-centered design processes, and user experience principles is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to present design concepts clearly to various audiences.
Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $160,000 to $175,000 per year, plus equity.
