Senior Product Educator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

The Senior Product Educator role at Canva is a 12-month fixed-term position within the Design School team, which is part of Canva's Marketing organization. This team is dedicated to helping millions of users learn and become confident creators using Canva's suite of products. The role involves blending deep product knowledge with strong learning design principles to shape and implement scalable educational strategies.

Key responsibilities include leading complex learning outcomes across multiple Canva products and learner levels, translating content and product strategies into meaningful, outcome-driven learning experiences, and developing and iterating learning content across various formats, such as workshops and scalable educational assets. The role also requires close collaboration with Product, Platform, Operations, and Product Marketing teams to support education-related initiatives and ensure alignment with Canva's product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning design principles across multiple learner levels, experience in shaping and evolving outcome-led education approaches, and a proven background in contributing to or leading learning content or education programs. High product fluency, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, approachable learning materials, is essential. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence skills are also required.
