Senior Product Manager, Compliance

LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the compliance initiatives for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role focuses on enhancing recurring compliance services, ensuring that customers receive timely and relevant solutions to maintain their business and nonprofit operations. The position is based in Los Angeles, California, or Austin, Texas, and offers a remote-first work environment to foster flexibility and collaboration.

In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to project leadership, overseeing the planning and execution of features and programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your primary objectives will include improving customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and driving product expansion to meet evolving customer needs. A data-driven mindset is essential to identify key compliance moments and deliver solutions that resonate with customers.

Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, particularly in subscription-based products for small businesses or consumer markets. Proven ability to define customer needs through interviews and data analysis, along with a track record of delivering value quickly, is crucial. Strong communication skills and a bias toward action are necessary to navigate ambiguity and drive product success.

Compensation for this role ranges from $125,200 to $166,900 annually, depending on experience and location.
