Senior Product Manager, Financial Products

As a Senior Product Manager for Financial Products at Motive, you will lead the strategic expansion of the company's Spend Management offerings into new sectors and international markets. This pivotal role involves collaborating with Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth and enhance Motive's market presence.

Your primary responsibilities include defining the long-term product vision and minimum viable product (MVP) for introducing the Motive Card into new sectors and markets. You will conduct in-depth customer research to identify ideal customer profiles and outline necessary features for successful adoption. Additionally, you will develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning priorities and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate possesses over five years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or fintech sectors. Experience in launching products into complex or regulated sectors, as well as new geographies, is highly valued. Strong customer empathy, data-driven decision-making skills, technical knowledge to understand platform capabilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with agile product development environments is also required.
