Senior Product Manager, Fleet Management

As a Senior Product Manager at Motive, you will lead the development of fleet management solutions that thousands of dispatchers, operators, and drivers depend on daily. Collaborating with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams, you will create products that cater to both local hauliers and global enterprises. Motive is dedicated to empowering physical operations with tools that enhance safety, productivity, and profitability.

In this role, you will define and communicate a clear, data-driven roadmap for your product areas. Your responsibilities include translating customer pain points into intuitive web and mobile workflows, working with data scientists to transform vast sensor data into actionable AI features, and establishing success metrics to guide product iterations. Additionally, you will collaborate across time zones with various teams and engage directly with dispatchers, drivers, and back-office staff to maintain tight feedback loops.

The ideal candidate possesses 4–7 years of B2B product management experience with full ownership of a product area. A proven track record of delivering features that improve uptime, cost, safety, or efficiency is essential. Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to query SQL and interpret dashboards, is required. Strong communication skills to align diverse global stakeholders are crucial. Familiarity with telematics, logistics technology, automotive systems, or industrial IoT is advantageous, and experience with MBB is a plus.
