Senior Product Manager, Growth

Duolingo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Growth Pillar, focusing on enhancing user retention and engagement through innovative product features. This role is integral to Duolingo's mission of providing accessible and effective education worldwide.

In this position, you will own the product strategy and execution for a new growth team, identifying opportunities and iterating on solutions to improve user retention, with a focus on daily active users (DAUs). Your responsibilities include driving the team's roadmap, leading product features through their full lifecycle—from ideation to iteration—and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data science, machine learning, product writing, and design to create engaging user experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record as a Product Manager on consumer mobile products, with significant experience in growth or growth-adjacent areas, particularly in managing DAU/WAU or retention metrics. Strong analytical skills, the ability to drive alignment in ambiguous environments, and a passion for rapid experimentation are essential. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or a related field is required.

The compensation for this role ranges from $182,800 to $247,300 annually, supplemented by equity compensation.
