Senior Product Manager

Pearl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact products supporting Pearl Enterprise. This role involves direct responsibility for driving revenue outcomes, including managing Enterprise contracts totaling over $2.5 million. The position offers a hands-on, high-ownership opportunity in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, requiring close collaboration with Engineering, AI/Innovation, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to define priorities, set objectives and key results (OKRs), and deliver results at Pearl's rapid pace. While the role does not require being an AI engineer, it necessitates comfort working with AI-powered products, AI prototypes, and AI-enabled teams.
