Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Trase, an AI-driven enterprise platform co-founded by Red Cell Partners, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that integrate AI and machine learning solutions across various systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that enhance operational efficiency and drive significant cost savings for clients.
Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive product strategy based on customer needs and industry trends, creating and validating product roadmaps with stakeholders, and partnering with design teams to develop user experiences and detailed specifications. You will also collaborate with engineering to drive feature development, promote the product vision through various channels, and build strong relationships with customers to identify key use cases and product capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, with over five years of experience in software development or product management roles. Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter attitude with a growth mindset are essential. Experience with AI and healthcare is a plus.
Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $190,000 to $220,000, based on experience and qualifications.
