Senior Product Manager - Seller Experience
StubHub is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Seller Experience, Post-Purchase team, focusing on enhancing the end-to-end experience for sellers after they list tickets on the platform. This role involves developing innovative features and technologies to improve seller interactions, policies, and incentives, aiming to create a trustworthy and efficient marketplace for both buyers and sellers.
Key responsibilities include owning the strategy for the Seller Experience, Post-Purchase, translating it into a prioritized roadmap aligned with company goals, and reducing seller friction through proactive policy communications and self-serve workflows. The role also involves designing and evolving policy architecture tailored to various seller segments and risk profiles, refining incentive mechanisms, and improving enforcement effectiveness to balance accountability with enablement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Strategic Finance, and Legal is essential to execute these initiatives.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in Product Management, particularly within two-sided marketplaces, policy and incentives design, or enterprise workflow systems. A proven track record in launching scalable, enterprise-level products with technical foundations is required. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau, are necessary to define metrics, analyze data, and drive product decisions. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across various departments.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $270,000 annually, with additional equity and benefits such as a 401(k) plan and premium health, vision, and dental insurance options. Flexible time-off policies are also offered to support work-life balance.
