Senior Professional Services Consultant

Gong is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to guide enterprise-level clients through the deployment and adoption of the Gong platform. Key responsibilities include supporting complex implementations, conducting deep discovery and business process mapping, designing end-to-end solutions, and executing hands-on configuration of the Gong platform. The consultant will also drive organizational change management initiatives, oversee quality assurance processes, and collaborate with customer technical teams on data validation and integration points.

Candidates should have over six years of consulting experience in customer-facing professional services roles, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex enterprise SaaS implementations. Expertise in revenue operations, advanced capabilities in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics, and exceptional project governance skills are essential. Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills are also required.
