AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the transformation of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy from a seat-based pricing model to a consumption-based model. This pivotal role resides within our Revenue Operations team, which collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to enhance systems, optimize processes, and drive strategic initiatives that fuel our growth. As a leader in AI-driven market intelligence, AlphaSense serves over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.

In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive program management of our transition to consumption-based pricing, ensuring alignment among stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations. Your responsibilities will include evolving our GTM systems and architecture—such as CPQ, CRM, billing, and ERP integrations—to support usage-based pricing models. Additionally, you will redesign core revenue processes like quoting, forecasting, segmentation, and compensation to align with the new business model. Collaborating with Data and Revenue Intelligence teams, you will develop scalable frameworks for usage tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement. Establishing program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating cadences will be essential to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and achieve key milestones.

The ideal candidate possesses over 8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within high-growth SaaS or AI organizations, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives. Direct experience with pricing model evolution—from seat-based to consumption or usage-based—is crucial, along with an understanding of the downstream impacts on SKU architecture, credit unit design, contract structures, revenue recognition, GTM roles and compensation, and expansion motion redesign. A deep familiarity with GTM and financial systems, including Salesforce, CPQ, billing platforms, and ERP systems, is required, as well as the ability to operate strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments. Strong communication skills are essential for building alignment across senior stakeholders and translating complex concepts into clear plans.

AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of $137,750 to $152,250, with final offers determined by factors such as candidate experience and expertise. Additional components may include performance-based bonuses, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits program.
