Senior Project Manager & Transformation Coach
The Senior Project Manager & Transformation Coach at Banyan Software will establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for ASI, a financial services organization undergoing significant modernization. This role involves driving a comprehensive five-year transformation agenda encompassing technology, operations, and client-facing initiatives, with direct reporting to senior leadership and visibility to the CEO, board, and investors.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing project management frameworks and governance structures, leading cross-functional transformation projects such as Salesforce optimization and technology modernization, and ensuring end-to-end execution from scoping to sustained adoption. The role also entails presenting project statuses and outcomes to executive leadership, coaching business teams managing cross-functional projects, championing the transition from legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-based operations, and leading client-facing change management initiatives.
Candidates should have 7–10 years of project management experience in financial services or banking, particularly in smaller, multi-function organizations. A proven track record of building PM infrastructure from scratch, managing projects across CRM/technology platforms, business operations, and client-facing change management is essential. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills suitable for C-suite and investor presentations, and a self-starter attitude with an ownership mindset are also required.
