Actionstep is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a pioneer in SaaS Legal Practice Management software, we serve a global customer base of over 30,000 users. Our engineering team comprises cross-discipline software engineers, analysts, and product experts who collaborate to enhance our software offerings.

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of quality assurance across the integration of Actionstep's flagship products. Your responsibilities will include defining testing objectives, designing comprehensive test strategies, and developing both manual and automated test cases. You will work closely with engineering, product, UX, and DevOps teams to embed quality into our CI/CD pipeline and ensure the delivery of high-reliability, scalable, and seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification and have at least 5 years of professional software testing experience, particularly with complex web applications involving multiple system integrations. Proficiency in test planning, test case design, execution, and automation frameworks is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and a solid understanding of APIs and system architecture are also required.
