Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Workload Management
Graphcore is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join its Workload Management team in Gdańsk, Poland. This team is responsible for integrating next-generation AI accelerator hardware within Kubernetes clusters, ensuring efficient scheduling and orchestration across distributed environments. As a senior member, you will play a pivotal role in validating these integrations and mentoring fellow engineers.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Kubernetes integration components. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing end-to-end, integration, and system tests to validate scheduling and resource allocation within Kubernetes clusters. You will also identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with engineering teams to investigate root causes and validate fixes. Additionally, you will contribute to the design of CI/CD pipelines and validate the scalability, performance, and reliability of workload orchestration.
The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience in Python and hands-on experience with Robot Framework or similar automation frameworks. A solid understanding of Linux systems and experience testing cloud-native systems and containerized environments are essential. Proficiency with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, as well as experience testing distributed systems, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are also necessary.
Graphcore offers a competitive salary, with a range of PLN 350,700 to 474,400, subject to alignment with the responsibilities and duties of the role.
