Senior Revenue Data Analyst
Wolt is seeking a Senior Revenue Data Analyst to join our Finance team, focusing on enhancing our revenue accounting processes. This role is integral to scaling our revenue subledger and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation and maintenance of the revenue subledger, performing in-depth accounting analyses, and preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations during month-end close. The analyst will work with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and other Accounting process owners to collect and implement accounting requirements related to revenue data flow. Additionally, the role involves leveraging AI tools to accelerate data analysis, automating routine reconciliation tasks, and contributing to process improvements across revenue data lineage.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Business, Data Science, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in revenue accounting, finance, or data analytics. Proficiency in SQL and the ability to handle large volumes of transactional data are essential. Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 is required, with familiarity in US GAAP and SOX considered a plus. Experience with NetSuite, Snowflake, Looker, and dbt is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable using English as a working language and must be eligible to work in the EU.
