Senior Risk Manager (all genders)- Legal, Governance & Corporate Affairs
The Senior Risk Manager in Legal, Governance & Corporate Affairs at MOIA is responsible for developing and managing the company's risk management function. This role involves creating scalable and business-friendly risk management processes, conducting enterprise risk assessments, and operationalizing risk frameworks to support decision-making. The position reports directly to the VP of Legal, Governance & Corporate Affairs and offers opportunities for growth as the function expands.
Key responsibilities include building and continuously improving MOIA's risk management function, driving enterprise risk assessments, operationalizing risk frameworks, partnering with risk owners across the organization, collaborating with various departments, contributing to MOIA's governance model, and creating executive-ready risk narratives and recommendations.
The ideal candidate should have several years of professional experience in enterprise, operational, or financial risk management, preferably in a fast-paced, scaling environment. A track record of building pragmatic risk processes and governance, strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, a hands-on ownership mindset, experience with risk frameworks and methods, and fluency in German and English are essential.
