WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to act as the primary growth partner for our SDR and Commercial Sales leadership. Your mission is to build the "Commercial Sales Muscle Memory" of the organization. You will be responsible for reducing ramp time, ensuring every rep hits their PG targets, and creating a repeatable playbook that scales our outbound and inbound motions.
KEY OUTCOMES & IMPACT
- Accelerate Productivity: Directly reduce ramp time and performance variance for new SDRs and Commercial AEs through structured 30/60/90-day programs.
- Drive Pipeline: Partner with leadership to hit aggressive PG targets, meeting quotas, and opportunity creation metrics.
