THE ROLE

We're building the operating system for CPG brands—covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. We 5x'ed revenue last year and are on track to 4x again this year. Hiring is a core lever for us right now, not a support function.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to execute our Sales hiring engine—starting with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across the revenue org.

This is not a "fill reqs" role. You'll own Sales searches end-to-end—sourcing, running, and closing—while sharpening the process behind them. Once ramped, you'll flex into our broader business roles (Customer Success and Implementation) as the revenue org scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles—Enterprise AEs first, then across the sales org (SDRs, AEs, sales leadership as we grow)

- Drive both outbound and inbound strategy—sourcing, messaging, and pipeline quality for high-bar revenue talent

- Partner directly with sales leadership and hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate candidates, and drive fast decisions

- Run tight, high-signal interview processes—structure, rubrics, interviewer alignment, and a candidate experience that closes top sellers
