Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with client business objectives. This includes a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, limitations, and platform capabilities.

Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Salesforce Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant clouds and products.

Integration Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of robust integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, leveraging various APIs and middleware platforms.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, develop compelling solution proposals, and present technical demonstrations.

Technical Governance: Establish and enforce technical governance and best practices to ensure the long-term health and maintainability of Salesforce implementations.

Innovation & Strategy: Stay at the forefront of the latest Salesforce features and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving the adoption of new technologies.
