Senior Salesforce Engineer (CPQ)
Motive is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer (CPQ) to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you will develop and maintain systems utilized by our customers and internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Your contributions will be pivotal in implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive Motive's growth and global expansion.
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will develop efficient, high-quality code on the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical expertise, and participate actively in scrum ceremonies. Your responsibilities will also include conducting product demonstrations during sprint reviews and responding promptly to production disruptions.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have over five years of experience in Salesforce application development, including expertise in CPQ, LWC, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript. Certifications such as Salesforce CPQ and Platform Developer I or higher are required. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is essential, while familiarity with Commerce Cloud is advantageous. Hands-on experience in implementing CPQ solutions and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems is also expected.
