Senior Software Engineer
AppsFlyer, a leading mobile marketing analytics and attribution platform, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Incrementality team in Herzliya, Israel. This team is responsible for building the data foundation behind AppsFlyer's marketing experimentation platform, enabling large-scale A/B testing and advanced analytics. The company processes over 150 billion daily app events, serving requests and powering analytics at a massive scale.
In this role, the Senior Software Engineer will develop end-to-end services and features, from gathering requirements and research to implementation, deployment, and monitoring. They will integrate and implement AI flows and solutions into the team and department, solve unique industry problems at scale, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to deliver exceptional value to customers. Additionally, the engineer will analyze and optimize performance, scalability, and stability across the product portfolio and supporting environments and tools.
Candidates should have a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, with over 5 years of development experience. Strong server-side skills with proven experience building services in large-scale production environments are essential. Proficiency in clean, testable, production-grade code, and familiarity with functional programming languages such as Clojure and Go are required. Experience with AI concepts and tools, integrating AI workflows into backend systems, and working in public cloud environments (AWS is a strong advantage) is also necessary. Solid system design and architecture skills, along with a passion for mentoring and driving continuous improvement within the team, are highly valued.
