As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain a modern, containerized service-oriented architecture, ensuring efficient and scalable systems. Your responsibilities include deploying code to production multiple times daily, integrating cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development, and translating advanced research patterns into practical applications for non-technical users. Additionally, you will design and scale AI-driven workflows, build integrations to improve cross-team efficiency, and mentor colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience building business-critical software in fast-paced settings, solving complex technical challenges such as real-time data integrations and AI-enabled automation. Compensation includes a salary range of $144,000 to $209,000, equity stake, and a discretionary annual bonus.
