Senior Software Engineer (Crypto/Web3)

Hyphen Connect is a venture-backed Web3 startup at the forefront of innovation, creating next-generation social and financial primitives. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and develop core protocol features and secure smart contracts that will drive the future of decentralized technology.

In this role, you will architect and implement core protocol features for Web3 applications, develop and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions. Ensuring the scalability and performance of blockchain implementations and staying updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and EVM internals are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Solidity and TypeScript, a strong understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) internals, and experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on blockchain platforms. Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain protocols, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are also required.
