Senior Solution Engineer (Salesforce)
Litify is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join its Go-To-Market team, focusing on supporting sales efforts through client-facing meetings, calls, and projects. This role involves developing and leading custom demonstrations of Litify's Salesforce-based legal operating platform, which empowers law firms and legal departments to standardize, measure, and improve their operations.
The Senior Solution Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and articulate Litify's value proposition, aligning solutions with customer challenges. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions with potential clients, configuring Salesforce for tailored demonstrations, and engaging stakeholders through presentations and demos. Additionally, the role involves responding effectively to RFPs and achieving quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
Candidates should possess experience with the Salesforce platform, including selling or implementing Salesforce solutions and proficiency in building Salesforce Flows. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience is required. Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, web technology, and database/SQL experience is essential. Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work collaboratively to solve technical problems in varied environments. Experience with AI and/or Agentforce is also desired.
The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 annually, inclusive of a base salary and a bonus component. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as qualifications, experience level, skill set, and internal equity relative to peers at the company.
