Litify is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join its Go-To-Market team, focusing on the Enterprise Litigation Management (ELM) Unit. This role involves presenting Litify's Salesforce-based legal operating solutions to prospective clients, aiming to instill confidence in the technology and address any technical objections during the pre-sales process. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and demonstrate how Litify's platform can meet those requirements.

Key responsibilities include supporting sales campaigns by articulating Litify's value proposition, conducting discovery sessions with potential clients, and building tailored demonstrations of the Litify platform. The role also involves configuring Salesforce for custom demonstrations, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders through presentations, and effectively responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Achieving quarterly and annual objectives set by management is also a critical aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the Salesforce platform, including selling or implementing Salesforce solutions and proficiency in building Salesforce Flows. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience is required. Additional qualifications include experience with databases and SQL, knowledge of related applications and web technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to solve technical problems in varied environments. Experience with AI and/or Agentforce is also desirable.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000, with additional commission and benefits. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as qualifications, experience level, skill set, and internal equity relative to peers at the company. The company is open to a wide variety of profiles and recognizes that the person hired may be less experienced or more senior than the job description as posted.
