The Senior Solutions Architect, Partner Business (Channel & Managed Services) at Everlaw is a pivotal role focused on building, growing, and scaling partner practices across the company's channel and managed service provider (MSP) network. This position serves as the technical and product expert throughout the entire partner lifecycle, enabling partner organizations to independently deliver solutions on Everlaw's platform. The role is based in Oakland, CA, New York City, or Washington, D.C., with a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote on Tuesday and Friday.

Key responsibilities include evaluating prospective partners' delivery capabilities, translating complex workflow requirements into platform-native solutions, and developing onboarding programs, technical playbooks, certification paths, and demonstration materials to accelerate partner ramp-up and independence. The role also involves delivering polished demonstrations and technical deep dives to technical and executive stakeholders, partnering with Business Development and direct sales teams on strategic joint opportunities, RFP responses, and co-sell pursuits, and acting as a technical mentor for partner-side solutions architects. Additionally, the position requires gathering field insights from partner engagements to collaborate with product and engineering teams on platform features and API surface expansion.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role, with approximately 8 years of total technology experience and deep hands-on expertise with legal technology platforms. A proven track record of working with managed service providers or legal industry delivery teams, strong technical acumen in litigation technology processes, data processing, analytics, and platform integrations, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. The role also requires organizational skills to manage long partnership cycles and concurrent enablement workstreams, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Authorization to work in the United States is required, as Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

The annual base salary for this position is $172,000, with a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $246,000. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care expenses, membership to Modern Health for mental health and wellness support, paid parental leave, company-sponsored life and disability insurance, competitive equity grants, and a 401(k) plan with company matching of up to 4% of eligible annual compensation. Additional perks include 17 paid vacation days, 11 federal holidays, paid sick leave, four "Everlawlidays" (additional paid company-wide days off) per year, annual allocations for learning and development and relevant professional membership dues, hybrid work with regular work-from-home days, monthly home internet reimbursement, a stipend for desk setup, catered lunch each workday, and snacks and company-wide events in the offices.
