Senior Solutions Consultant
The Senior Solutions Consultant at Legion is a pivotal role within the Enterprise Sales team, focusing on configuring and demonstrating Legion's advanced workforce management technology to prospective clients. This position requires a deep understanding of Legion's products, the ability to tailor presentations to address specific client needs, and a keen interest in diagnosing and solving labor management challenges. In this role, the Senior Solutions Consultant will become an expert in all Legion products, supporting the Enterprise Sales team across various stages, including discovery meetings, demonstrations, Proof of Concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification in a presales capacity. The consultant will define and present how Legion’s platform addresses critical business and operational issues faced by prospects, forming a deep understanding of their business and technical environments. Additionally, the role involves identifying potential risks and obstacles, proposing creative and adaptive solutions, and participating in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in workforce management software pre-sales, with a proven track record of presenting and demonstrating software to large, global organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills are essential, along with superior organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities. A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment is crucial, and experience in labor operations or industries such as Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality is advantageous.
Legion offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000, plus bonuses and stock options.
