Senior Sourcer
Wolt is seeking a Senior Sourcer to join our Director and Senior Director hiring team, collaborating closely with two Talent Acquisition Partners and an existing Senior Sourcer. This team focuses on building strong, diverse leadership pipelines and informing long-term talent decisions.
In this role, you will engage in senior-level sourcing and talent intelligence, combining deep market research with thoughtful candidate engagement. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to shape search strategies and deliver insights that extend beyond immediate hiring needs.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing Director and Senior Director search engagements, conducting talent landscape mapping, and aligning with the external talent market. You will identify, engage, and cultivate senior talent, build strong relationships, and deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active Director+ searches through proactive sourcing and networking.
The ideal candidate will have experience in senior-level sourcing, talent research, or talent intelligence, ideally focused on Director or Senior Director profiles. Strong capabilities in market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification are essential. Comfort using data and market insights to shape sourcing strategies and influence partners is also required.
