Senior/Staff Product Designer
AlphaSense is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a key member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to translate complex data into cohesive and user-friendly workflows.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading strategic design initiatives, defining end-to-end user workflows, and creating scalable design systems. You will be expected to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, simplify intricate data-rich scenarios, and ensure that our product experiences are both functional and differentiated through exceptional usability. Additionally, you will mentor other designers, contribute to the evolution of our design patterns, and uphold a high standard of design excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design and systems thinking. A bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is required. You should possess deep expertise in designing end-to-end customer workflows, with a proven ability to simplify complex, data-rich problems into intuitive, habit-forming product experiences. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools is essential, along with the ability to communicate ideas through flows, systems, and high-fidelity prototypes.
