Senior / Staff Product Manager - IoT Connected Devices

Motive is seeking a Senior / Staff Product Manager to lead the hardware and firmware strategy for its connected equipment-monitoring devices. This role is integral to the Equipment Monitoring line, focusing on in-field devices such as asset gateways, beacons, and environmental sensors. The position is remote within the United States.

In this role, you will own the hardware and firmware roadmap, drive New Product Introductions from concept through mass production, and manage the reliability and performance of deployed devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and cloud teams, to translate customer needs into technical requirements and product decisions.

Candidates should have at least 6 years of product management experience, with proven ownership of hardware New Product Introductions. Strong technical fluency in battery-powered connected systems, firmware roadmap ownership, and field reliability analysis are essential. Experience with cellular-connected battery devices and a background in telematics or industrial IoT are preferred.
