Senior Staff Software Engineer, Serving
Liftoff, a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy, is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their Accelerate Serving team. This team is responsible for designing, building, and operating high-throughput, low-latency ad-serving infrastructure that processes millions of requests per second. The role offers the flexibility of full-time remote work within the United States.
In this position, you will be tasked with developing and optimizing GPU-powered inference services using TensorRT, enhancing the performance, scalability, and reliability of systems under strict latency constraints. Collaboration with machine learning engineers is essential to productionize new model architectures and features, translating modeling requirements into efficient and reliable serving implementations. Additionally, you will design and operate large feature store fleets, develop benchmarking and performance-analysis tools, and improve experimentation tooling to support machine learning teams.
Candidates should possess strong core computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system architecture, with over 10 years of industry experience. A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required. Experience with Go is a plus. The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $219,000 to $310,000 annually, depending on location and experience, along with equity and health/vision/dental benefits.
