Senior Staff Solution Architect
The Senior Staff Solution Architect at OneTrust is a pivotal role within the Research and Development Customer Engineering organization, focusing on collaborating with strategic Design Partner customers. Key responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions to translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures. The architect will design secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions across workflows, integrations, APIs, data models, governance processes, and operational architectures. Additionally, the role involves creating reference architectures, best practices, implementation standards, and reusable solution patterns to enhance customer success and scalability.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Technical Product Leadership, or similar customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS organizations. Proven experience in working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, lead discovery, shape technical strategy, design solutions, and drive adoption is essential. Strong solution architecture experience, including APIs, integrations, workflow design, data models, enterprise platforms, governance controls, security, and scalable implementation patterns, is required. Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Privacy, Risk & Governance, Compliance, Security Governance, Data Governance, Consent & Preference Management, Identity, MarTech, Customer Data Platform.
