Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed-Term, Engineering)
Wolt is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term role to support its Engineering organization during a critical growth phase. This position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to meet essential hiring needs and contribute to the ongoing development of Wolt's Engineering functions. The role is based in Berlin, Germany; Helsinki, Finland; or Stockholm, Sweden.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the entire recruitment process for various technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to define hiring roadmaps, align on processes, and support interviewer calibration. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines, leveraging data to optimize the hiring funnel, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top global talent. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful hiring campaigns and initiatives.
Candidates should have prior experience in recruitment, particularly within fast-paced international environments. A strong commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience is essential. The ability to make an immediate impact in a fixed-term role with minimal ramp-up time is crucial. Effective collaboration and clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required. A data-driven approach to recruitment, including transparent sharing of pipeline and other important data with hiring teams, is also expected.
