Hotmart, a global technology company specializing in the Creator Economy, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is integral to connecting people and opportunities, driving business results, and enhancing Hotmart's culture worldwide.

In this position, you will lead end-to-end global recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define profiles, develop attraction strategies, and support decision-making. Additionally, you will design and implement sourcing strategies for challenging positions, conduct structured interviews, and uphold the company's principles and culture throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced or fluent English skills, enabling effective communication in a global context. A hybrid work model is in place, requiring three days per week in the São Paulo or Belo Horizonte offices. Strong organizational skills are essential, as the role involves managing multiple positions and priorities simultaneously. An analytical profile with experience in utilizing recruitment metrics for decision-making is also important.
