In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, you will partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the software or technology industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles. Experience with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms are also required.
