Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentation software like Adobe FrameMaker, Photoshop, or Illustrator are required. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and datasets are essential. Effective communication skills, with fluency in both German and English, are necessary. Self-motivation and the capability to work independently while managing multiple projects efficiently are also important. Knowledge of ERP systems and database management, along with experience in the defense industry, are advantageous.
Helsing offers a focus on outcomes rather than time-tracking, competitive compensation and stock options, relocation support, social and education allowances, and regular company events to foster team cohesion across Europe. Joining Helsing means contributing directly to the protection of democratic countries while engaging in unique engineering and AI challenges that have a meaningful global impact. We encourage healthy, proactive, and diverse debates internally about our work and its ethical implications, trusting our teams and individual engineers to practice responsible autonomy and critical thinking.
