Senior Technical Program Manager
Klaviyo is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the successful launch of our most critical, cross-functional strategic initiatives. As a founding member of our Technical Program Management (TPM) team, you will be instrumental in orchestrating cross-functional and mission-critical launches, working closely with Product and Engineering, Go-To-Market, and General & Administrative teams. You will serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring all aspects of a launch are meticulously planned, executed, and tracked, driving significant impact across the company.
In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive launch plans that encompass both technical and go-to-market considerations. You will maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of progress, risks, and decisions. Additionally, you will conduct thorough post-launch reviews to identify learnings and areas for improvement in future launch processes.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong focus on managing complex, cross-functional product or feature launches. You should possess proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including technical and go-to-market considerations. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and release management processes. Experience working with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Security teams in a launch context is also required.
Klaviyo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $172,000 to $258,000 USD, participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. The total compensation package is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
