Senior Technical Recruiter
Anaqua is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support our mission of delivering innovative intellectual property management solutions. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive the recruitment process and contribute to the company's growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical abilities are crucial for success in this position.
