Senior Technical Support Engineer
Tenable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Technical Support Team. This role is designed for professionals fluent in Arabic, with a focus on providing exceptional support for Tenable's vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software. The position is remote, catering to candidates in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and Tenable's internal teams, including Product Management, Sales, and R&D. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing and clarifying customer technical inquiries, examining vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events, and recreating customer software issues in a lab environment. Additionally, you will leverage AI-driven technologies to automate routine tasks and focus on resolving complex technical challenges.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, along with over two years of professional experience in networking (TCP/IP), operating system administration (Linux/Windows/macOS), patch deployment, and system configuration. Experience in providing technical support to enterprise clients and familiarity with network security are advantageous. Fluency in Arabic is a requirement, and availability to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotation is also necessary.
