Senior Technical Writer
Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our PX Content Team, focusing on enhancing developer and user experiences through clear and accessible documentation. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Slovakia or the Czech Republic, with office spaces available in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague. Compensation starts from €2,500 gross per month, reflecting the candidate's expertise and impact.
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for designing a smooth user experience by understanding user objectives and anticipating their questions. Your duties include creating, organizing, and maintaining clear documentation for product features and guides, with a strong emphasis on SDK and API documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Support, Client Services, and Sales is essential to improve documentation based on priorities and real-world feedback. Additionally, you will apply our documentation standards and style guide consistently, supported by our AI writing assistant.
The ideal candidate possesses a drive and ambition to tackle new challenges, excellent written English skills to communicate complex ideas clearly, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across functions. Experience in writing product documentation, user guides, or release notes, along with familiarity with documentation tools and processes, is required. Technical curiosity, including comfort with exploring SDKs, APIs, and integration flows, as well as knowledge of tools like GitHub, is highly valued.
