We are currently looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to strengthen our Treasury Team (office-based in Warsaw, Poland).

About the Treasury Team:

This team efficiently manages SKELAR’s cash flow and liquidity, improves and implements new payment methods, and develops and leads relationships with key financial partners. We handle treasury matters of any complexity “end-to-end” to provide top-notch service and competitive advantages for our businesses.

Responsibilities:

— Own and execute digital asset (stablecoin-based) operations as part of the company’s treasury function, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure settlements;

— Design, operate, and scale the digital wallet infrastructure (including MPC and multisignature setups), covering access management, approval workflows, and operational security;

— Plan and manage liquidity across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons, optimizing working capital allocation within digital asset flows;

— Build and maintain relationships with licensed service providers (VASPs), custodial solutions, exchange and OTC partners, supporting both daily operations and future scaling;

— Oversee daily fund movements across wallets, partners, payment channels, and accounts, ensuring traceability, proper controls, and adherence to internal risk policies;

— Develop and maintain analytical reporting to support management decision-making related to liquidity, costs, and operational performance;

— Define and implement internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks governing digital asset usage within treasury operations;

— Monitor regulatory and legal developments across relevant jurisdictions and operational models, adapting treasury processes to evolving external requirements;
