We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operations Advisor/Expert (International Treasury Operations) to join the Kyivstar Treasury Operations team, who will be responsible for managing international treasury operations, working with banks and financial instruments, and participating in strategic financial projects across the group of companies.
You will be responsible for...
• Managing cross-functional projects related to foreign exchange risk hedging, financing, and optimization of cash flows across the group of companies
• Negotiating with banks, structuring and supporting agreements on lending and cash placement in Ukraine and abroad
• Analysing and structuring M&A transactions and supporting the integration of companies acquired by the group
• Managing bank accounts abroad, coordinating KYC processes, and working with banking portals
• Initiating international payments, conducting foreign exchange transactions, and supporting the financing of operational expenses
• Supporting internal controls and audits, updating data in the Treasury Management System, and performing SOX controls
We are a match if you...
• Have a higher education in Economics or Finance
• Have at least 7 years of experience in the financial or banking sector
• Have experience working with client-bank systems, banking portals, and financial instruments
• Are fluent in English
• Have strong analytical thinking and are able to solve complex and non-standard problems
• Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take responsibility
It will be a plus if you...
• Have experience working with international banks or treasury operations for foreign legal entities
• Have worked with international financial agreements or M&A processes
