Senior Value Engineer, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
As a Senior Value Engineer specializing in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) at Celonis, you will collaborate closely with leading consumer brands to address complex supply chain challenges. In this role, your primary responsibilities include understanding clients' AI strategies and specific supply chain issues, such as predictive demand forecasting and inventory optimization. You will lead technical discovery sessions, demonstrate capabilities during pre-sales, and oversee post-sale implementations to ensure value realization. Additionally, you will participate in hackathons to prototype solutions and support clients in transitioning from traditional automation to autonomous AI-driven processes.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in technical pre-sales and post-sales within complex supply chain environments, particularly in the CPG or FMCG sectors. A deep understanding of high-volume consumer goods supply chain processes, including Order-to-Cash and Sales & Operations Planning, is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions are also required.
